Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital has reportedly been fined for giving a patient an overdose of an antibiotic that led to renal failure. According to reports, the hospital ended up being fined $50,000 in total. The fine is reportedly the first administrative penalty from the state health agency in California.
