Mark Weinberger, who was a former “Nose Doc,” has chosen to plead the Fifth in his medical malpractice case. He reportedly chose not to answer questions in regard to the death of Phyllis Barnes. Weinberger is being sued as he is accused of causing her 2004 death. She reportedly came to him for treatment of a sinus condition but ended up passing away from cancer.
