Officials are reportedly looking into a matter where a CVS pharmacy had an error where about 13 families received the cancer drug Tamoxifen instead of children’s fluoride prescriptions. According to reports, the mix-up occurred due to a single medication restocking issue. It is reported that only .5mg fluoride pills were impacted in the mix-up.
