A morphine product is reportedly being voluntarily recalled due to a packaging error. According to reports, Sandoz is allegedly recalling 57,000 vials of injectable morphine. The company reportedly discovered four vials of a heart drug called isoproterenol hydrochloride inside a package of injectable morphine.
